The onboarding process is your first interaction with Vision™. It's designed to be quick and intuitive, requiring minimal information to get started. Vision™'s Cognitive Core is powerful enough to generate valuable insights from just your website URL, though providing additional details will enhance the accuracy and depth of your analysis.
Quick Start Option
You can complete onboarding in under 2 minutes by providing just your website URL. Vision™ will analyze your public-facing content and generate initial insights. You can always add more details later in your dashboard settings.
Onboarding Form Fields
Website URL (Required)
Your organization's primary website URL. This is the only required field and serves as the foundation for Vision™'s analysis.

Tip: Use your main corporate website, not a landing page or product-specific site. Vision™ works best with comprehensive organizational websites.

(Optional)Your organization's official legal or trading name. This helps Vision™ better identify and reference your organization in reports and insights.
Industry
(Optional)Select your primary industry from the dropdown or enter a custom industry. This helps Vision™ apply industry-specific benchmarks and best practices.
Available industries: Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail & E-commerce, Technology & SaaS, Professional Services, Education, Real Estate, Hospitality & Tourism, Energy & Utilities, Transportation & Logistics, Government & Public Sector, Nonprofit, Construction, Media & Entertainment, or Custom.
Company Size
(Optional)Number of employees in your organization. This helps Vision™ scale recommendations and insights appropriately for organizations of different sizes.
Business Model
(Optional)How your organization generates value (e.g., B2B, B2C, B2B2C, Marketplace, Subscription, etc.). This helps Vision™ understand your value delivery and capture mechanisms.
What Happens After Submission
Immediate Processing
Vision™ immediately begins analyzing your website. The Cognitive Core starts extracting information, identifying patterns, and building your organizational map.
Time: 30-60 seconds for initial processing
Six-Dimension Analysis
Vision™ maps your organization across all six dimensions: Value Delivery, Value Capture, Operations, Innovation, Culture, and Performance. This creates your Universal Business Map.
Time: 1-2 minutes for dimension mapping
Knowledge Graph Construction
The system builds a comprehensive knowledge graph showing relationships, dependencies, and connections between all organizational components.

Insight Generation
AI-powered analysis identifies constraints, opportunities, and risks. Initial insights are generated and prioritized by impact and urgency.
Time: 1-2 minutes for insight generation
Dashboard Preparation
Your personalized dashboard is prepared with all analysis results, insights, and visualizations ready for exploration.
Total Time: Typically 3-5 minutes, up to 10 minutes for complex organizations

Best Practices
Provide Accurate Information
While most fields are optional, providing accurate information when available significantly improves the quality and relevance of insights. Vision™ works with whatever you provide, but more accurate data = better insights.
Use Your Main Website
Provide your primary corporate website URL, not a landing page, product page, or subsidiary site. Vision™ needs comprehensive organizational information to build an accurate map.
You Can Update Later
Don't worry about having perfect information upfront. You can always update your organization details in Settings → Organization, and Vision™ will re-analyze with the new information.

Troubleshooting
Analysis Taking Longer Than Expected
If analysis takes more than 10 minutes, it may indicate:
- •Very large or complex website structure
- •Network connectivity issues
- •Server processing high demand
Solution: Wait a few more minutes. If it persists beyond 15 minutes, refresh the page or contact support.
Website URL Not Working
Ensure your website URL is publicly accessible and doesn't require authentication. Vision™ can only analyze publicly available content. If your website is behind a login, consider providing additional organizational information in the dashboard settings instead.
